The Glenorie District Cricket Club is part of the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai and Hills District Cricket association and offer four types of cricket programs within our club:

  • 1. Introduction to Cricket

    Where: Les Shore Oval, Glenorie

    When: Tuesdays 4-5pm starting 3 Sept until 24 Sept (4 weeks)

    Who: Boys and girls ages 5-12 years who are intrested in learning about cricket.

  • 2. Master Blasters

    Where: Glenorie RSL

    When: 11th October - 13th December, 4:30- 5:30pm on Friday nights.

    Who: Boys and girls ages 5-10 years.

    Cost: $95. 
    Fees include a Junior Blaster Starter Pack and a complimentary $20 RSL voucher for parents

  • 3. All Girls Comp

    Where: Home and Away format. Home ground is Les Shore Oval.

    The Stage 1 Competition is Under 11 age group played with a Pink Kookaburra Softa ball, on Friday nights at 6pm under lights. (Oct24 to Mar25) Training from 4:30pm Wednesday nights at Les Shore Oval.

    Who: Girls aged between 10 and 12 years old.

    Stage 2 Competition is for the U12/U13/U14 age groups with a 142g Cricket Ball on Saturday mornings in the Hornsby Kur-ring-gai and Hills District area.
    Training is Wednesday afternoons at Les Shore Oval Glenorie. Season commences on mid September 2024 with Finals March 2025

    Who: Girls aged 12 to 15

    Cost: $200.
    Fees include a playing top and pants.

  • 4. Saturday Mornings Junior Mixed Comp

    Where: Home and Away format.
    Home ground is Les Shore Oval.

    When: Saturday mornings, games start at 8:30am, 9am or 10:30am depending on your age group.

    Who: Boys and girls 8 - 17 years old
    U8s - U11s: games is approx 2 hrs.
    U12s - U15s: game is approx 4 hrs.

    Training: from 4:30 or 5:30pm on Tuesday/Wednesday depending on your age group.
    Training is at Les Shore Oval.

    Season starts on Saturday the 9th of September - March 2024.

    Cost: $250 ( $200 for girls)
    Fees include the playing top and pants.

  • 5. Saturday Seniors Comp

    Where: Home and Away format. Home ground is Les Shore Oval.

    When: Saturday afternoons.
    Games are from approx 1pm-6pm.

    Who: Men and women from 17 years and over

    Training: Thursdays from 5:30pm at Les Shore Oval.

    Season starts on Saturday the 9th of September - March 2024.
    We offer a mix of grades to suit all playing experience.

    Cost: $360 ( $300 Female).
    Fees include a playing shirt and training shirt.
